| The only negative was the breakfast...they ran out of fruit by 10am...(breakfast was until 11:00am)...and the tables were left dirty by previous diners and no one seemed to clean them off before others sat down...the limo service was great! |

| Provided limo service to and from Mohegan Sun - The clerks at the front desk were very kind and helpful in regards to finding places to eat in the area. Overall, this is not a 5 star hotel, but it's well work the money. |

| I did not like that there were smoking floors and smoking rooms. You did get whiffs of smoke at times.
Everyone was very nice and overall the stay was very good. |

| I stayed at the best western because it was close to the mohegan sun,and I had tickets for a show at the arena.Well the best western really exceeded my expectations!! Nice,clean hotel and the rooms were great.the limo service was the cherry on the cake. |

| We stayed here for a 25th birthday trip to Mohegan Sun- perfect location and the limo service to the casino was very convenient. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. The non-smoking room we booked did smell like smoke and upon telling the front desk, they sent somebody up to note that it smelled so we didn't get charged which was nice. Overall, great pick to avoid the pricey hotels at Mohegan :) |

| The Best Western Cristata is conveniently located to Mohegan Sun - literally right around the corner if you know the back way to Mohegan Sun. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It is a bit of a hassle to have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to check in however, especially if a guest already has reservations. Perhaps more than 2 front desk attendants at peak times or an express check in /out line would make the process smoother. As a whole we had a great experience at Best Western Cristata |

| We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms! Very clean, nice and close and the limos service was great! The pool was nice, but a hot tub would have made it even better! |
