| I like this nicely renovated nautical enclave. Beautiful setting on the water with small private beach. Comfortable clean rooms with navy and white theme. Minutes away from main street Montauk, lighthouse, parks, beaches. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a wedding there the weekend I stayed but it wasn't a problem for us. My only complaint was the buffet breakfast was subpar, but then I went toward the end of the time it was being served, always a bad idea. |

| Lovely location and facility convenient to local shops, beaches, etc. Recessed decks overlooking marina were great although there was blowing rain part of the time we were there so we could not take advantage of the deck. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and reasonably priced served by friendly and efficient staff. The well appointed facility was clean and well-maintained with very comfortable cozy beds and nice fluffy towels. |

| Being from Philadelphia, this was a bit of a drive, but it was worth it. Even though I was only staying one night, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the room. Considering how nice the facilities where, the price was amazing. Our room was huge and had and AMAZING view of the waterfront.
If I had been staying for longer, I would have loved to take advantage of the onsite sailing and beach. I did manage to enjoy the indoor heated pool. This is an amazing value for the amount of services they offer.
We are already planning to go again and stay for an extended stay sometime in the future.

| Nice hotel but it looks like they were not very prepared for the opening. I went there with a friend on March 4th and we have been told that our room was not ready when the hotel was empty. You can't check-in before 4pm which is disappointing and their is no lunch service. Dinner was good but long to be served. Nobody was there for breakfast. Views as stunning. Maybe better to go later in the season. You need a car to visit places around, not much to see during the winter, nearly everything is close. Good to escape the city though. |

| We stayed mid-week in November, and for a very reasonable price had a beautiful, spacious and clean room with our own private balcony and sea view, and a good internet connection.
Breakfast wasn't included, but Montauk was only a 5min drive and has great places to eat.
While the beautiful weather we had might be hard to plan for in November, I would certainly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting the Hamptons out of season! |

| I booked a room here without ever seeing it. I wanted a nice place out east that was a good deal for a one night stay so I could propose to my girlfriend. The view from our bungalow was awesome. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean amd very spacious. The location from downtown montauk and the lighthouse was very convenient. I was especially blown away by the breakfast. I was kind of worried about the price of their per person continental breakfast buffet considering its always been lacking at other hotels. It was so good and they had an amazing assortment of fresh foods. I'm glad we didn't goto a diner. I've already recommended this place to my friends to bring their girls for a night or two. If you go during october like I did get the bungalow. It wasn't too cold and the outside deck is nice. She was taken back by the yacht club and the view. We are already planning on going back soon! I miss being there. I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to montauk. |

| My wife and I spent one night here on 9/26/11. The busy season is over and the hotel was not crowded. Our room was excellent, with a patio overlooking the marina area and the fishing fleet coming and going.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel dining room and had an excellent meal...pre-fix for $29.95 per person.
We stay in Montauk two times per year. This is at the top of our list and we will return in the spring.

| But you still pay a $15 resort fee and the outdoor pools are closed (says they close after Columbus Day). The shuttle bus does not run. The indoor pool closed at 7 (says it closes at 10pm). WiFi seems to work year round though! |

| I was traveling alone with my child and the hotel did very little to help us out. I asked for a earlier check-in, but they were not willing to accommodate. Check-in is at 4, they said (check out is at 11, so it baffled me how one room couldn't be ready for us). But then manager gave us a room at 3, that was dirty still. Then we had to switch rooms and wait for our bags. The manager was rude, gave me the 'once over.' and wouldn't look at me in the face.
For the price per night the service and attitude was really lacking. |
